Mark & Lauren's Wedding

When we photographed Mark & Lauren just after their nuptials in Maui, we felt like we stepped into an Anthropologie magazine. We fell in love with Lauren's crown, dress and sweet disposition... and her red hair completed our Utopia. Her new husband Mark was as tender as he was handsome. Brace yourself for this gorgeous couple dripping with individuality.

Jeffrey & Vanessa's Maui Beach Wedding

This lovely couple had an intimate and beautiful ceremony thanks to Tamera of Akia Weddings & Events.

We fell head over heels for the lighting we were blessed with that evening... is this really our "job"? Somebody pinch me.

Styled Shoot Featuring True Bliss Florals

We had the immense pleasure of working with True Bliss Florals on this shoot. Between the lovely wedding arch, gorgeous model and killer location... I don't think we could have asked for much more. We thrive off of doing stylized shoots such as these which allow us to be creatively free. We've already begun planning our next one!

Bridal Shoot at the Haiku Mill Featured

Excited our bridal shoot at the Haiku Mill was featured by the well known Destination I Do Wedding Magazine. Check out their blog posting here.

Also check out the two blog features by Dellables Floral Wedding Design voted best florist on Maui for 2010 & 2011. You can see the posts here and here :)

A special thanks to Cupcake Love Maui and the lovely gown by Tamara Catz.

Joslin & Matt

Joslin & Matt had an ancient Hawaiian ceremony at Iao, which was a first for me to not only photograph, but to witness. Thank you to the couple for being born beautiful AND a shout out to the bride for being brave enough to go through the river in her dress.

And the reception was just as unique and fun, complete with a finger-painting guestbook!

Bridals at the Haiku Mill

I was thrilled to coordinate this Bridal Shoot at the Haiku Mill. If you haven't seen the Haiku Mill in person, you are missing out on an incredible experience. It is absolutely the most breathtaking wedding venue I have ever seen (you can see more images of the beautiful Haiku Mill HERE).

The bridal gown featured in this shoot is a one of a kind Tamara Catz dress. Her dresses are completely unique to the destination bride and so fitting for this lovely island. I love Tamara's take on gowns: the Bride is intended to wear the dress, as opposed to the dress wearing the Bride.

We had the very talented Della of Dellables design our "earthy" bouquet. I love how creative she got with it, from the succulents to the bamboo hemp in liu of ribbon (PS. the bouquet had quite a long after-life)

The cupcakes were delicious by the way. Cupcake Love is becoming the newest craze on Maui... they look beautiful and taste amazing.

A HUGE thanks to our lovely couple: Sara and Dan Kolp? Don't you think they are lovely?

Oh yeah... I had way too many favorites, so you may want to get comfortable.
